Game store

Ok, I might sound petty after this review, but my experience was not a good one. I talked to the owner on Instagram asking about a couple of sports card boxes at their 137 Montezuma Trail location and after some delay he gave me the price and that the store had both boxes.As a note, this is not my normal hobby store and I only thought about going here to give them my business since it is close to where I live. So, I get there and do not see the boxes and the guy talking to me tells me the boxes are at their warehouse. Hmm. So, the owner I talked either does not know his inventory or he lied to me trying to get me buy something at his store. Take that for what it is. The people I did deal with at the store seemed kind and knowledgeable, but I fully understand what most people that have been to this store have experienced and I will not be going there again. Their prices are also a little bit higher and I felt a little pressured to buy stuff there which I get because their business is probably terrible.

Was in today to do birthday shopping for my Mom, absolutely loved the variety offered, and the customer service was amazing as I couldn't find the new elvis movie and the man found me a copy! We talked about our Mom's both enduring cancer treatments and how it impacted us both, the fact he treated me as a human and not a delinquent made me feel appreciated!

The staff were extremely helpful in finding a unique type of puzzle. They also provided us with some insight into why 3D puzzles are not so easy to find these days. Thank you.

As game shops close to Richmond changed and closed I was on the lookout for a new shop to acquire board games from. Craving hit the radar some time ago and we ended up going there. This was several years ago and during that time we've gotten to know Buck fairly well. The staff there are super helpful and accommodating and the stock is very impressive. Things they put on hold for me will be advised via email when they come in. Because my wife and I have been going there for some time Buck has good suggestions for new purchases knowing what I've picked up and enjoyed in the past.

I always have the best customer experience at Jack n Jill. The attention to detail from the selection, to their help finding the perfect gift, right down to the wrapping. Thank you Barbara and Hazel for making my shopping experience a joy!

Highly recommend this place for all board and card games. There's a massive selection and some that doesn't normally gets sold in stores. Prices are nicely competitive to other stores. The staff is very helpful. Would be my go to place for board games.

We visited Sentry Box for the first time over the weekend! The store is so cool! It’s larger than any game store we’ve ever seen. We were looking for a specific card game. They were sold out. But Renee, who helped us out, introduced us to a new game similar to the one we were wanting. She was knowledgeable and helpful! The other staff we interacted with were also fun, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks for all the help!
