Better late than never!I’m giving this location a 5 star review solely because of the immense help that Divya Karthick has given me and my mom. She went above and beyond for us for being first time bankers with TD. If you bank at that location only deal with her. She was truly great customer service.

TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINS AND GO TO THE HARMONY AND TAUNTON BRANCH INSTEAD. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.Manager was constantly bombarded with questions/approval from tellers resulting in very long wait times for patrons. Waited in line for an hour+ only to told that my bank draft would need 5 days to be cleared. Having deposited higher value drafts before I was confused and angry, especially with extremely long wait. Left the branch and went elsewhere. Upon arriving at 2nd location, i was able to complete my transaction in less than 10 mins. Absolutely unacceptable.

Arrived at 5pm and left at 6pm with 3 tellers to take care of a line out the door. The line continued to the door when I exited the building. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. Thanks for lowering your business hours Td!

November 2022 5*I am loyal TD Bank customer and early had any bad experience (fingers crossed). What differentiate one branch from another is the staff.Visited the branch to open joint account. Big shout to Brock who was very polite and attentive. He helped us and did everything quick. I loved his sense of humour and explained everything.

Horrible service, always full. No seats no water. 15 employees and only 1 teller assisting everyone. Monday mornings are ridiculous to have to wait 1+ hour to get a new debit card. Unacceptable.

Tellers here are simply amazing and brutally overworked. Managers are simply brutal and skilled at TRYING to look busy. They offer their staff and clients no help or backup at all. I was in to make a deposit and was second in line.....it took 20 minutes. BRUTAL. Went back on Thursday. 2 tellers, 11 people in line...26 minute wait. Just find another branch somewhere and avoid the frustration!!!

Bank and branch managers are completely out of touch with their customers. Judging by their 2.9 review rating, I'm not the only one that feels this way.I have had a business account here for 14 years. If you are or have to do business here, pick a different bank or at the very least a different branch.

Talk about the worst service. For 3 years; yes 3 years we’ve had to go through this branch for documents to be signed. Documents take months to be completed by this branch and mangers purposely ignore emails and phone calls saying they never received the emails or messages. Stay far away from TD Canada and this branch in particular.
