This company runs the Belaire Estates mobile home park in kelowna bc. They have raised pad rent 5% in 2020. 5% in 2021 and 7% for 2022. Even when the federal government put a rent freeze in place this company has decided to gouge the residents. The management is horrible and had done nothing to warrant said increases. Poor communication and terrible attitude towards residents.Do Not Use !!!!!!!!! Rip off company and management. Be Aware!!!!!!!!.

Genica builds a quality home and is very easy to work with.

Stunning location

beware of this company, they decided to up prices of homes 10-20k in a couple days, while we were looking at them 2 weeks ago at a lower price. This company sadly is greedy.
