Amazing service. I have been going here since they opened and the girls always do a great job.

Save your time and money. The nails were expensive for what you get. The job is done with little to no care. The lady was extremely rough and my fingers hurt really bad. Sad to say I rather go out of town than come back here . One of my nails is half painted… that is the bare minimum-

Susan is very nice, but the other woman that does the cash is very rude and aggressive. I have been there a few times over the years, and any time I have asked about prices, she starts yelling, and punching on her calculator very fast and explaining things very fast and it does not make sense. I had a gift certificate and she added tax even though I paid cash and she didn’t use the machine or give a receipt. I had to ask for a receipt and she was rude again. I had my toes done and they told me to leave because they were dry and I said I thought they were wet and they all started laughing at me and telling me they were dry. I went home and they were all smudged. I called them and told them what happened and they agreed to a refund. When I went in person, she only gave a refund for the paint part $10 , not the full pedicure price. She was also very rude and aggressive.

*update* Helen reached out to me to fix my nails and apologize for what happened. She took her time and did exactly what I wanted. I would like to return again, hopefully the quality keeps up.Never ever again! Been there a few times with no issues. Got a different tech this time for a “solar gel” which is an overpriced acrylic set. Argued about different sizes and lengths of all nails. Finally gave up because I was being laughed at for saying they were crooked and different lengths. Multiple cuts to my cuticles and fingers. No cuticle work done. Paid 55 and left in tears.

I love going to Regal, it's cost effective, friendly and they are very good at what they do.

I have used this salon many times. Quality is up and down. Mostly poor quality . It takes so long an hour and a half while being interrupted. The last two times I booked an appointment time and had to wait over a half hour for them to finish up. The last visit will be my last. As I arrived 5 mins early for my time I see them just starting a manicure and polish on two customers. 25 minutes later I’m still sitting there and they have not started. I got up and left. I’m a busy woman with a busy life I expect when appt times are made they would be kept. If they are running late please call me as I’m expected to do the same. Unfortunately for this salon it has happened to many times and with very poor quality it’s not worth my time or money.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the experience here was not that great.I went into the salon with Solar nails on wanting to get them removed. After they were removed I then wanted to just have gel overlay done. Well, it seems they had zero idea of what that meant and took a long time for them to figure it out.After the girl was done removing, she asked if I wanted a manicure. I was in need of one so I said yes. She cut my nails WAY shorter than I wanted and all different lengths and the shape is not the same either.After all that was done I asked for a French manicure Done in purple…. What a mistake that was. She did an awful job. AND then… after she was done she had someone waiting for a pedicure so she just completely skipped out on putting lotion on and giving me a hand massage.Overall the experience was not good. It was my first time and will definitely be my last.

They were able to take me as a walkin on my wedding reception day... the woman who I had was very detailed and did an amazing job. She did things that no other nail technician has done - she measured the nails to the other had making sure they were the same length, she tripled checked if i liked the length, she did a thin coat then a thicker coat of the gel to make sure it didnt peel off, and she hand did the white tips - normally theyre sprayed but I loved it. They were awesome!

Update: Phoned to talk to the shop, to find out if I can get these soaked off, or if they can refund me. Talked to the same tech, who says that it's impossible to do nails nicely, when I want them this short, and because my natural nails are all different shapes, it's impossible to make the acrylic nails look nice. She says she did the best work she can, and spent 2 hours on these. She knew when I left that I was unhappy, and I should have said something then, before I paid. They will not be refunding me. I paid $54.59 for this. They will soak them off for free, but if I want a manicure, or more polish, that will cost extra.Summary - don't go here. The nails techs admit that this is their best work. I believe them, they aren't capable of doing better nails than this. I've probably had 200 sets of acrylics in my life, I assure you that my natural shape CAN be corrected with acrylic (in fact, that's the entire point.)Update: after a few hours I’m realizing my nail beds are on FIRE. At least four of my natural nail beds have been filed way way way too deep. When I get these removed, I’m sure there will be angry red lines. I’m furious.Asked for a full acrylic set, because I have to go to work for the first time in three years. These are the worst nails I have ever seen, in any situation, ever. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted, and when this nail set started to go badly, she continued to ask me what I wanted to do to fix it. I honestly don’t know, I can’t do my own nails, and I kept hoping it would get better. She very badly cut me with a Dremel. No cuticle work done whatsoever. None of the nails match. Everything flat, no C curve. no Apex on any nail. If they were all equally as strange as each other, they might match, but of 10 fingernails, every one of them looks different. They are all going in different directions, cuticles all flooded, both with acrylic, and then gel polish. I am literally crying, I cannot go to work with this mess. Absolutely atrocious

Would not recommend! I have only been here once before, a couple of years ago when they first opened; normally I go to the nail salon that is across from the Walmart but they were booked. I made an appointment at Regal nails and came early like they told me to but had to wait, because they had taken 6 walk ins before me, there were only three ladies doing nails as well, bouncing back and forth between customers trying to do two people each at one time. I waited patiently because I didn't have anywhere to go, and wasn't upset at first. When it came my time to have my nails done, I told the woman what I wanted (one color with sparkles) and she gave me a dirty look and said WHY?" because that is what I would like? When it came time for what shape I wanted my nails I told her and again she got mad
