I had an excellent experience when getting my hair done at Studio H. From the vanilla chai tea I was offered, to the extremely knowledgable hair dressers (I was taken care of by Heather W), to the outcome of my colouring. My hair was very brassy and unhealthy, Heather was able to bring life back to my hair while still achieving the light blonde colour I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve never posted a negative review on here but I’m doing this after even trying to come to a reasonable resolution with the manager.Honestly, save your time and money this place is disappointing. Services are done by amateurs, they’re overpriced for the quality and spa manager is not helpful in resolving concerns. Spend the extra money and go to Sparkling Hill. I was looking forward to enjoying some spa time and this experience ruined my trip.

Arianna and Rodman were very helpful as I'm only in town for 3 weeks working. Up to date equipment and cardio machines. The steam room is unreal also. Highly recommend this gym. Cheers

My bridal party and I had our hair done here and I was married at the hotel. Super convenient to have the spa onsite and be able to have multiple appointments at the same time. Everyone is very friendly and our hair looked great!

The massage was different than I was used to. Not worse, just different. Given a couple days to relax after, I found my body to be slightly better than after my usual massage. I'd definitely recommend them for a deep tissue massage and will visit again. It was easy to get a short notice hour long appointment, which isn't easy to find for sure! I might bring my own music next time as I didn't like the muzak.
