Appliance repair service

We were very happy with the excellent service we received from Roy on our fridge repair. He was kind, detail oriented, and we appreciated that he travelled to our rural location. We would definitely use him again for any future repairs. Thanks Roy!

Really great experience with Johnson's Appliance. I was having issues with my washing machine and Johnson's Appliance was able to come out quickly. It was an easy-fix at first, so Bob only charged a service fee and said if the issue kept happening, he'd come back and not charge a service-fee. Two weeks later, same issue popped up. Bob kept his word, didn't charge a service fee, ordered the parts and put them in to get the washing machine back to working order. It's been working great since. Very reasonably priced and fast communication.

Flavio comes through again! Several months ago, I asked Flavio if he would look at my parents washer and dryer. They are elderly, and live in a small condo. He made the visit and determined their unit needed to be replaced. To save my parents the inconvenience of shopping during the pandemic, Flavio found a new unit himself, installed it, and then stuck around to do a load of laundry with my mother to make sure she understood how to operate her new machines. All for the price of a service call! Today, Flavio made another visit to my parents to look at their microwave. Again, they needed a new one. Flavio, once again, found them one and will return to install it when it arrives. He could have charged my parents a lot more than he did. He certainly didn’t have to spend the time to find them new appliances, but he did. The man has a heart of gold, and runs his business the old fashioned way - with honesty and integrity. I am so grateful for the time Flavio took with my parents, and the fact that he spared them from appliance shopping. Not only is he the best at servicing appliances, he has the best prices, and is simply an honest, kind man.

Communicative and prompt. Yarik was great. Explained everything. Worked quickly. Would definitely use services again—but hopefully won’t have to because my oven works now.

Our washer broke on a Wednesday night. Filled out their form only and got a message Thursday Morning saying they can come look at it on Friday. Tech was able to fix it on the spot. Very helpful and professional.

Facturation excessive et pas justifiée, même après une demande d'explications. Impossible de discuter avec eux. Refus d'arrangement à l'amiable. Ils ont fait des démarches de collection inutiles pour finalement accepter mon offre.
