Pulis Investment Group

I live at 1570 Lawrence Avenue and this new owner Kyle Pulis of Pulis investments/Drake Property Management took over in February of 2022. Since he took over the building it is in the worse shape its ever been. I am discouraging anyone who wants to rent in this building. It's dirty, the elevators smell like sewer, there is always water shut down interruptions, roaches are getting worse and the owner does not care about the tenants or the conditions we are living in. I recommend you look elsewhere. Do not use your hard earned money to rent from any building that is owned by Drake Property Management or Pulis investment.

Pulis Investment has shown many times that they have no morals and are money hungry. With the help of Drake property management, they took over our building in Toronto in February. Since then, living here has been hell. Zero maintenance, zero communication from Kyle Pulis and the weeks are going by filled with scare tactics at an attempt to make us leave.

I have been with Pulis for a few years now, from the beginning I thought this was an investment opportunity that had potential and would perform well. This certainly seems to be the case.

They stripped us a direct communication to our super. Also they give you little notice when watter is being shutdown and randomly shutting the water. When they are renovations or repairs they don't follow proper procedure to reduce debris in common areas.

Owns property management company Drake Property who constantly ignores tenants and does not resolve issues. Does not compensate. And when ordered by the landlord tenant board to pay, runs and hide. Good job on hiring Sarah! She's a real winner with the community! Crooks.

This investment company owns investment properties and also owns/operates a property management company to manage the buildings. Unfortunately the property management company is really disorganized and a lot of important things slipped through the cracks. As a previous tenant in one of their buildings I personally experienced a dirty unit upon move in, missing keys upon move in, incorrectly installed plumbing, missing smoke alarms, missing amenities that were written into the lease, and I never saw anyone from the management company in the whole year living there. I am a landlord myself and I find that I get better returns on investment from being more organized. If I owned or invested in buildings that were managed by people like this I would be concerned about my return

I have been an investor with Pulis since day one. They have done everything they said they would do, executing their plan to perfection, Great team!
