Coffee machine supplier

It is a great store with even greater people. The coffee prices are lower with an even greater selection.when I go, I usually by 7 or 8 boxes at a time. Oh, and did I mention there great 2 for 1 specials.

was in little Italy for a stroll and here i come across this beautiful coffee store....as i walk in couldn't help noticing the smiles on every single staff member in that place...so i thought the coffee here must be good!and boy oh boy was i right ,there was this gentleman at the counter who seemed to be the owner, he was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his trade...bottom line i left with a coffee machine that brings me joy and happiness every morning and every time guests come over!Thank you to the Faema family that has been in business for over 50 yrs for making my life that much better!!

Absolutely amazing service. Great place to get your coffee machines and get them serviced. It is really a next level experience.

Luckily I was blessed there was a "Good Samaritan Jessica" parked in front of me who saw the wallet under my car when she returned to her van. Jessica went out of her way to write me an note reassuring me that everything was still there gave me her name and cell number to arrange pick up. An hour later when I realized I went out to my car twice looking for it and on the third occasion I saw the note behind the wippers on my windshield

This location is wonderful, and I recommend this store to any coffee/tea lover! I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff (Mercedes & Marisa), who were eager to help me and provided me with a lot of information so I could make the best buy, yet I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything - they genuinely just wanted to give me the best shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products. They also very kindly prepared a sample latte for me today so that I could try the new Monin Strawberry Rose syrup, and the care and attentiveness they paid to this drink was stellar. The store itself is spacious, clean, and has a multitude of options (machines, syrups, pods, etc.). I can't wait to come back again!

I absolutely loved this place! The espresso is so good! I ordered a Turbo and was floored with flavour rich balance of this drink. The Turbo is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, 1/3 froth with an option to chocolate sprinkle :) I also paired the Turbo with Chocolate Gelato and felt so good after I decided to talk with the friendly barista aka Denis the Menace" about buying some of their signature coffee beans which they also make themselves. I left a really happy customer and will definitely come back in the future!"

Spoke to an amazing human named Lee- super informative and fun time learning about which machine might be best for me. I hadn’t approached with the intention of replacing my machine at home but now I have a fun little wish list for the Black Friday sale. Thank you Lee!

As a person with type one diabetes, the fact that the machines list the carbs for each drink has been really handy, and allowed me to enjoy a tasty little latte break on busy afternoons.

My husband and I are so impressed with the flavour and quality of this coffee, and the fact that it is organic!! We love the ' Smooth Sailing ' and ' Made in the Shade ' med/dark roast, and the espresso is amazing! Great job guys, your team is doing fantastic!!! ❤
