As a first time buyer and true travel trailer novice I could not be happier with my experience. Upon the recommendation of a friend I contacted Steve Davies who provided me with multiple trailer options that clearly showed my priorities, budget, and wants had been considered and wasn’t simply a random selection of trailers. Victoria in finance was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. When I picked up my trailer I was greeted warmly by several staff members and owner Steve R. When I encountered a couple of obstacles I was given solutions that showed the experience and knowledge of the entire team. I left with a significant knowledge of my trailer thanks to the detailed walk through provided to me by Steve D. This type of service is hard to find and makes for a low stress and enjoyable experience. Could not give a higher recommendation for Steve D and for Steve R and the Quesnel Chemo RV team.

The staff at Chemo really got us set up this year with our new home away from home. We called, told them what we wanted, and oddly enough we bought the first trailer we walked thru. Took care of everything for us, set us up with some goodies and some swag, and helped make the huge decision of such a large purchase very easy and friendly. Our purchase at Quesnel Chemo went about as straightforward as it could have been. Tiffany listened to our needs and didn’t try to talk us into anything more. We were given fair value for our trade in without any squeezing or haggling. She and Steve were lighthearted and informative. Victoria was organized and had all the paperwork prepared for us to sign upon arrival. My trailer was there clean and set up with all my extras installed a week early. After a thorough walkthrough I left feeling competent and capable with my new equipment with all the supports in place should I need them. I won’t bother looking anywhere else for equipment or service.
