Our family recently finished a large project to redo most of our house. We throughly enjoyed working with the team at accordeon! Yahel and Taraneh took a lot of time to really understand what we were looking for. They were extremely patient and they didn’t rest until we had the plans that we were comfortable with. They brought amazing ideas to the table, and their plans really integrated a modern fresh style into an older contemporary home. Once we started the actual work, Yahel made sure the guide us every step of the way. I definitely recommend this team for designing your next construction project! The best part of working with them was their kind and generous demeanour, and their professionalism.

I hired Paul and his team, Nicholas and Joel, to design an artist studio to replace a single car garage that needed to come down. The permit process was very involved and we ended up going to the committee of adjustment. Sustainable.TO did a great job of managing this whole process and I got exactly what I wanted including plumbing to the building which every one said would be impossible! They also found a great contractor who did a fantastic job on the build. Overall I would recommend.

My wife and I both really enjoyed the process. Brad can in with just the right structure holding an opening that let us collaborate to firm up our vision and take the right steps towards a plan and our renovation/new space.
