I called Timothy & Co. on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Thursday. Chris and Danny were the ultimate professionals! They explained the entire process and went to work on cleaning a carpet that was in pretty tough shape. And, it looks amazing! I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. I also am so so happy with the customer service - responsive, prompt, kind. The whole experience was 5 star!

A while back I had this company clean carpets, which included considerable stain removal. I was very pleased. Most recently they cleaned the ducts & vents, and I was not disappointed. They are very polite & respectful, plus work hard and clean up after themselves. I definitely recommend them.
