Just purchased a used 2014 Victory motorcycle thru them. Customer service was amazing thru email with some questions I had. I live in Barrie and it's about a 3 hr drive to Kingston. I asked it they could do a quick video of the bike for me so I could get a better look at it. They were happy to help me out. I drove down to see the bike and met Tammy, who was amazing to deal with. I saw the bike and immediately dropped a deposit. The bike went out for safety and there was a sensor which needed replacing, which was no big deal. Due to weather and the part, pickup was delayed a bit but Tammy was in constant communication and arrangements were easy. Attended yesterday and the experience was great. Had a fresh oil change on the bike completed and everything worked out perfect. The experience I had with this shop was second to none and was totally worth the 2 drives at 6 hours each for the product and customer service.

Kingston Throttle Power Sports is the place to buy. I live in Ottawa & 4 dealers snubbed me & couldn’t be bothered making a deal. I got in touch with Tammy from Kingston & within 2 days I purchased a new Kawasaki side by side. All paperwork done over the phone & I picked it up on a Saturday morning; it was Tammys day off & she made sure to be present to meet me & sign papers. Tammy did an outstanding job from the get go, all went seamlessly with no hassle. I would purchase another ATV from Tammy & Kingston Power-sports.Hats off to a well deserved employee!!!Regards,Don

Traded my bike in for a new one at the Kingston location they had to pay some of my existing loan off 2 months later they still haven’t so now I’m paying for a bike that I don’t own and my new one not ok to do that to people and they won’t tell me why all they say is I’ll check or I’ll talk to my GM and never hear anything back I always have to call them. Not very happy with this experience

Just purchased a new 2022 Kawasaki z400, and Tammy was fantastic to deal with. First bike, and she patiently and thoroughly answered every question that I had for her. She stayed in constant contact/communication through-out the process of the sale, and the bike was ready for pick-up on time and as expected. Very friendly atmosphere. With that type of customer service, I will definitely use them to maintain my bike too.

Well I have absolutely nothing to complain about,……… which is odd for me because I really do like to complain.I’m not an overly needy guy, just give me the facts and some straight talk and I’m happy.Maverick did all these things for and made my first ATV purchase a pleasant one.I won’t hesitate when it’s time to upgrade.Thanks Fellas.

Went in to see about a trade on my cforce 800 towards a 950 zforce and had the pleasure of getting to deal with Tammy. Bought a 2023 KLR650 Adventure from Tammy at Throttle Powersports Kingston and I will be honest she is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I have bought lots of toys(atv’s, boats, cars) and she was a true gem to deal with. I am super happy with the bike and I can tell you the way I was treated by the dealership it won’t be the last time I buy there either.
