I would just like to take this opportunity to post about my experience at Brampton Funeral Home. We, as a family, unfortunately had 2 funerals in the span of a week apart. Myself, I was a wreck to say the least. I cannot say enough about the genuine care we received from day one from the staff at Brampton Funeral Home. Very professional, organized, and the most caring people that go above and beyond for the family who obviously can use their dedicated guidance. When I had to go in to make arrangements I was so nervous and just not feeling well. The staff were so calm, helpful and knew exactly how to help me get through the process. Never once pushy or trying to sell anything during the process, simply professional, caring and very knowledgeable. What a relief that I truly needed at that time. Explaining every step of the process and always following up with me as and when needed. Even afterward they follow-up to see how I was doing. I cannot say enough and cannot thank them enough for taking a very difficult, emotional situation for my family and turning it into a memorable service for our loved ones. Thank you for your truly genuine compassion and professionalism.

Michelle Loraine Richards was very nice, helpful and professional when planning and preparing for my grandfather's funeral. When he passed recently, she was very attentive to our needs and willing to go the extra mile as a support system. I would highly recommend her as a Funeral and Cemetery Pre-Planner!

My mother passed suddenly on May and the Brampton Funeral home were compassionate and caring in helping us work through the myriad of things we need to think about during a such a difficult time and where we had no experience and were not clear on what to do. Staff are friendly and professional. Francis took time to explain and guide me through the burial process as well as through headstone choosing. On the day of the burial, the staff were patient and understanding and were there right till the end. They coordinated well with our chosen funeral home to ensure the entire day went smoothly. We have a foreverchild, and thought preplanning was a good thing to protcct our other children should we predecease him. The first of the 3 plots purchased was needed for his dad. The staff were very caring and suportive. The day of the burial, the flowers we ordered did not arrive. The headstone was preordered in the late 90s. It has been 9 months since the burial, and the stone has still not been installed.
