***CAUTION***!!! COME ONLY IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE / YET YOUR DEVICE WOULND'T WORK AS THEY CLAIM TO BE SO CALLED FIXED ....They are not transparent about what they are doing1. UNDUE COST :They quoted basic service charge of $25 for cleaning the corrision on mother board, said that if will not be able to fix it then will refund that. And If need to add parts, will inform me. But when got the phone working beyond promissed time, he came up with additional $25+ taxes which he never disclosed.2. TECHNICAL SKILLS: I supplied new back glass , untouched/unused bought along with battery which was eventually broken by their technician and claimed to be served like this3. TIMELINE : Took more than promised time to repair my cell phone

Very wrost experience with laptop repair. Technician stole my laptop hard disk.

I met Ed at Tech Connections. What a nice guy....I was having serious trouble with my cell phone....the whole thing froze. As a realtor I was very concerned BUT Ed assured me he would be able to fix it. What a pleasure it was. I strongly recommend this store for all of your computer needs. I think this is the right place for cell phone and laptop repairing. last week I broke my iPhone 13 lcd here , the technician guy look it and he said me it will be fixed in 1hr and he fixed it very nicely

Not a good place to get your cell phone fixed. Too expensive and low quality products. I do not recommend. I got a screen installed and everything is blurry now.

The elder Asian man aka the technician is very rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me when I asked for tape to put on my package in order to send it out. Do not come to this place unless you want to experience horrible customer service. I wish I could rate it -5 stars.

This place is not cx service friendly bc I didn't tape down the label ,they are sending me home to go and tape my package and bring it back. They have 3 rolls of tape on the counter and said they didn't have any. When I pointed it out its this is not for cx" so to place 2 pc of tape is an issue and you're really going to send someone back 20mins to have them tape it and come back?? You guys aren't serious about life. Neighbors needs not to use this place as a drop off center if that's how they are going to treat cx. Mind you I brought my own window to place the label in and they said "no

Wastage of money and time. They charged $180 for laptop repairing but it still not working. When I called them they said they did their job and not responsible if it working or not.

Technician is terrible. Better take ur stuff somewhere else. He will damage ur phone n claim it to be already in same state. I too my phone for a small issue of slow charging n he broke rear glass n also changed parts n returned dead set.
