For nearly 20 years!!! I have trusted Nature's Source for my supplements. I have always been pleasantly greeted & staff offer to help in any way. I have asked so many questions over the years... about sources, quality & effectiveness, their preferences and why & I have always received thoughtful & confident answers. If someone did not know something, they got back to me. Roy & I have connected the most throughout the years & he has always taken the time I have needed to discuss products & what is best for me & all my family members including my extended family as well. I always recommend him to anyone who has an interest in their supplement health. I am truly grateful for the genuine care... Thank you Roy and all staff who help in our healthcare journey.

What a cool store! The staff was so friendly as soon as we walked in,and the atmosphere is amazing.

Tamare is knowledgeable and intuitive to say the least :) the advice she gives comes with a gentle kindness, she is very clear and honest and her guidance is something not to be passed up. I have known Tamare on many levels but her heart makes each one of those experiences wonderful and irreplaceable ❤ It has been some time since I've had her guidance but I will be returning to her soon for some advice and insight :)

What a joke!!! Ripp off artists, same shatter yet different prices on different days, last time, dont shop there, no respect.

Fancy is an amazing therapist. I have known her for many years. 2 weeks ago I felt on the stairs and hit my right buttock. I had a nasty bruise and after the bruise healed a bump the size of a tennis ball remained. She treated me so far 2 times and the size of the bump is already reducing. She used different kind of treatments like needles, moxibustion, cupping, special stones that warm up, EMS machine, infrared light. I highly recommend her

I was given the gift of a plastic flip top smoke case, and a grinder with an arm to spin your herb.I used the grinder 2 times, and it broke. He insists his stuff is the finest from India and China.When I went to return the broken grinder, he insisted that it was not purchased in his store.He lies to avoid loss. Poor business skills.I live a block away and you have lost my business in your own neighbourhood.Go elsewhere for better gear.

I bought a one hitter here just before going on a trip. The hitter thing broke almost immediately. It cracked right at the mouthpiece. I brought it back to the store for an exchange as soon as I was back in town. However, I was told that they can't do anything since products are only guaranteed for 14 days. This isn't a product I was dissatisfied with, it was an actual manufacturer's defect. I expected a bit more effort from Kiaro's customer service team.

Horrible service, there’s a lack of respect from the staff. They sent my parcel overseas, with no tracking number, they didn’t tell me about it till after they sent it. I sent Kim an email telling her I don’t want that sent, if there is no tracking number, and she ignored me, twice.The package is lost, Kim and her assistant claimed that it’s not their responsibility, even though they sent it with no tracking number, said I couldn’t get a tracking number. I talked to Canada post, and they said I could have added one between $20-$40.Kim and her staff need to be more punctual, very non motivating to work with them when they screw you over and totally look past your loyalty to them as a customer. They might be good to deal with, but wait until you run into issues.I will easily choose one of the many other shops around the area that are respectful, are willing to help you out, and give you what you asked for.Never using this place again, such a shame for a Shop that’s about herbal medicine.

Dr. Li and his clinic are the best!!This is such a wonderful clinic in Lethbridge. Its truly a blessing to have you in town. There was so much caring and passion I could feel during my treatments. Thanks
