I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

Amazing customer service that can’t be beat by the big box stores. We had an issue with a TV that we purchased and were not getting appropriate attention from the manufacturer. Jason (GM) was able to intervene, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. These guys go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you see something on sale on their website the staff hide them til it's over try to sell you their store brand items instead at regular price they play dumb about it too

We visited the store in early Jan/23. We wanted a good receiver for our living room.PIO NERI served us. We were both impressed with Pio. He was so patient! He answered every question we had - and we had a great many. No sales pressure. And he was thoughtful, genuine, and professional. It was a pleasure working with him.The store itself is very nice. I bought a car starter here 10 years ago and I was reminded today why I have never gone back. Our remote doesn't work.The guy at the front desk ( also the guy we dealt with when we bought the starter) is very lacking in his customer service skills. Thank you for nothing and love the eye rolls .I will never go back there or recommend your business to anyone. In response to your reply, it hasn't worked perfect for 10 years but had you let me talk instead of talking over me you would know that. You run your business however you like sir but you lost a customer and any recommendations.

This company not only sells you the best items that sound good together, but they will go out of their way to make sure you know what you are doing, and they aren't really expensive either. Great service, friendly. Mark really knows turntable stuff. Both Mark and Max are extremely helpful!!
