100/10! This business was so professional and warm from the get-go! Kelly and Laura were so responsive, always up for an email or phone chat. They helped us create floor plans, and revised it a million times as our plans evolved. The tent was beautiful, and the wooden cross back chairs were perfect. Highly recommend the father of the bride lighting - it added a lot! Set up and take down were smooth. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!!

Wow! I can’t rave about Guelph Tent Rentals’ service enough. Laura and her team genuinely care about their clients and are beyond understanding throughout the entire process. Even through a pandemic!We initially booked our wedding with Laura for summer 2020 – then COVID hit and it forced us to reschedule to 2021. Laura was there for us and reached out almost immediately to see how she could help us navigate the planning. Ultimately, we decided to reschedule for 2021 as we wanted to celebrate with all of our friends and family.Now here we are, almost a year into the pandemic and had to make the difficult decision to cancel our reception altogether. I reached out to Laura to advise her that we were going to have to cancel and without hesitation, she emailed back to express her sympathy and fully refunded our deposit. We faced many losses from other vendors who’s simple response was that we were out of luck and they would not be helping at all.Understandably, the pandemic has been hard on the event industry, but the way Laura handled this situation was a true testament to the care this family business puts towards their couples. Throughout this entire ride, they worked with us to support decisions that made the most sense to us, not their bottom dollar.If you are looking for a company that truly cares for their clients, I strongly recommend Guelph Tent Rentals. The team at Guelph Tent and Event Rentals were amazing! My husband and I got married this past September on my parents property in the countryside and had limited options for flat ground. The team helped us map out the space for our ceremony and reception tents so we didn't have to stress about it the week of. We had multiple emails back and forth due to the many questions I had, and they were so patient and quick to respond every time. The week of we were unsure if we would put up our ceremony tent as the weather forecast kept changing. This team was absolutely amazing and pulled some strings to help us make the right call. We had clear skies and didn't need the tent, which would have blocked half our ceremony backdrop. On top of providing our tents, we also had another company notify us that they did not have enough harvest tables for our guest count. Guelph Tent and Event Rentals to the rescue! They had the exact same size and look of harvest tables that we were looking for and at the same price point.We can't thank you enough for all your hard work and AMAZING customer service!!

We had rented the Aurora Tent for our wedding almost 3 years ago and I still cant get over how magical it looked! The team was quick and professional installing the tent, hardwood flooring, chairs and harvest tables. I couldn't be happier with their services and inventory! I would highly recommed Guelph Tent and Event Rentals for anyone looking to have an outdoor wedding or party. We rented to 42' Aurora tent, gold chairs, white harvest tables and a 12x12 dance floor and everything looked fabulous. The tent had lighting installed as well which looked amazing at night. The delivery, set up and take down went smoothly. It was overall a very positive experience and I couldn't have put together such a beautful backyard wedding without their help!

Guelph Tents was easy to deal with and gave us the perfect set up for our wedding. They were more than accommodating with our multiple changes during COVID, which was a relief. I highly recommend the father of the bride light package as our tent looked insanely beautiful when the sky started to get dark. Fantastic experience with Guelph Tent Rentals. Couldn't recommend them enough. We rented a marquee tent for a bridal shower and from the very beginning, we were blown away by every aspect of their service. We were dealing with a family member being in the hospital while trying to plan a shower to be hosted at our family home but we didn't ever have to worry with Guelph Tent Rentals. Laura was brilliant - responsive, caring and went above and beyond to help us to organize while we were managing with a personal family matter at the same time.
