I was a bit nervous after reading all the reviews. On June 27 I went to pick up 26' truck and dolly everything went smooth, dolly was ready, paperwork was done within 5 min, signed, got key and done.Wil see how the drop off will go.Drop off went smooth, drove less than estimated, price was adjusted. So far my experience was excellent. The lady at front desk is professional.

Reserved a 20' truck weeks in advance. Moving day comes and they have no 20' truck; the offered solution was to go get one from Vernon. In the middle of our moving day. LUCKILY, they happened to have had a 26' truck, which was too big but whatever. No dolly so had to frantically go rent one from Warner. Who are awesome BTW.Moving plans are time sensitive and not easy to change guys. If you can't make good on your reservations you are pretty much useless.

I came here and rented a 15ft truck for same day local return. Shelley was really nice and full of smile. So I think the service that day was actually really good! The truck was full tank and clean, so that erased my concern.

It is a real shame to see many terrible reviews!My review is just that as well, terrible, 1 star. (June 13/22 incident).My Uhaul broke down yesterday in Salmon Arm as a big time brake fail and was dangerous to drive but managed to just get it to this location and so inconveniently closed by 3:30 pm this location is!I left two phone msgs in good detail as this truck was to be returned to Kelowna as a return but we had another truck luckily so I locked and left keys in the slot and left the msgs.NO call back this am! I had to again follow up with roadside assistance and already talked to them the night before for so long on this issue to explain all on this truck. The truck was due back this am at 7 am!, in Kelowna!Now worried and have to again waste more time and call roadside assistance on this matter yet again to make sure not still booked out under me!GEESH! Some businesses just care ZERO on good, regular, normal service!June 14, 2022.

They will scam every dollar they can. Avoid like the plague and find someone else, even if it's not as easy or more expensive. You get what you pay for. Rented a 26' truck at 3PM, returned at 10AM, 5 hours early, the following day, no issues. Picked up a 5x8 trailer for 24 hours to finish up, paid for the day + $30 deposit and all insurances. Lady at the desk told me it would be ok to bring back a few hours late the next day because of the holiday. Brought back a few hours late the next day, U-Haul emails me saying it was due back at 5pm on the SAME DAY I rented it, a mere 6 hours after I picked it up, and that they were charging me THREE FULL RENTAL PERIODS.I get if they want to bottom-feed for the few late hours and keep my deposit, even though they LIED & said it would be ok, but charging 3 entire days for a few hours late is just stealing, plain and simple. Don't even think about giving them your business, they will outright steal your money. Pathetic.
