I have always loved visiting this store. You get the real BC fruit that's grown in our beautiful orchards. The selection of jams, syrups, honeys, etc is also very big and the baked good are delicious! Also the guy that works there...he is SO FRIENDLY! He calls customers, My Friend." I went to the store today and I told the manager that the produce is so bad that you can’t use it after two days. I just requested him to exchange it for me.The manager was extremely rude to me (the worst customer service I have ever received)Instead of exchanging the product. He almost just asked me to leave the store. He said, “whose going to do anything without a receipt,”I have never seen a manager like him before. I have decided not to give business and also let everyone else know about the bad experience.

Favourite place to grab a cider. Love their seasonal flavours. I always recommend this place to people that are visiting kelowna. Pretty sad they don't make their pear ciders anymore though.
