Best choice to go to Toronto downtown, only 33 minutes to arrive Union station. The train is available whole day.

Much easier to get to than Rutherford but parking has got to be expanded, and there also needs to be a more practical solution for the people who park further away and walk. They cross dangerously over the roads and cars like to fly by there, and when it’s darker in the mornings, it’s unsafe. Also, having the reserved parking spots is kind of dumb in my opinion. It’s just a pathetic excuse for a cash grab.

Now u have 2 pay 4 parking but there are a couple free spots u can park at. However, this is implemented at almost all Go Stations now so there is nothing I can really say. That plan 2 address the parking issue by building a parking structure by 2020

It's ok. It can get a little crowded, but it seems that all GO stations do. It's better than Rutherford at least, since there's three ways to exit the station and the layout is less awkward. :) Watch out for bad drivers here, they don't watch where they're going when dropping people off.One bummer, is that the tv inside of the station is super loud (you can hear it from outside), so sitting inside in the winter evenings means you'll likely leave with a nice headache.

Used this line to travel from Maple to Downtown Toronto every weekday. It's expensive getting downtown but the service is very reliable. Tons of parking but GO has started to increase the amount of reserved spots which has people fighting for free spots every morning. The parking lot usually fills up by 7am so try to get there super early to guarantee a spot. This station has washrooms, a ticket booth, and free wifi for when you're waiting for your train. Train service stops around 9am every weekday so just a heads up. Service updates are provided on the monitors above and are fairly accurate & dependable.

Edit: The entire supplementary parking lot is finally open. We’ll see if this lasts. This has always been an OK GO train station. But since the start of September, there has been a significant increase in the number of passengers on the weekday trains. The supplementary parking lot is full before 7:45am. Ridiculous! The station need to open up the parking lot beside the supplementary parking lot immediately.

I think that the service that GO train provides is extremely fantastic and reliable which hurts so much that the Maple GO station is terrible with the amount of parking spaces that they have. There is literally no place to park and its getting out of hand. MetroLinx had flyers back in 2016-2017 about a parking lot that was going to be built and i haven't seen anything other than the parking get heavier and heavier. Not to mention the City of Vaughan is taking full advantage of the situation and keeps handing out bogus parking tickets too many people. Its a disgusting and shameful system that they have going on and something needs to be done. Love the GO but this is unacceptable.

Having visited other train stations around the world with cities of similar sizes, this has got to be one of the worst for a developed country. Being one of two stations in a city of 340,000 people, why is there no proper bus access, limited pedestrian access, a horribly laid out parking lot, no shelter over the platform, and why is the building so small and useless?? Why is it located on some hidden side street behind a Walmart? It’s a TRAIN STATION. Should be accessible from all around. There are so many other things that are terribly impractical about this place that I have an existential crisis every time I go there. It was probably fine when it opened back in 1853 but today, in a city this size, it's unacceptable. At least the GO train service is pretty good.

One of the ugliest train stations that I have ever seen, It’s such an eyesore. Trains come late 70% of the time (sometimes it doesn’t even come so make sure to check on their website constantly for updates as they announce it very late) and the station itself is hidden. It’s almost like they’re trying to keep this place a secret. This is a 1st world country with 3rd world public transport.
