TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

No help regarding credit cards. Will reel you in the 0% apr. Then increase it to 20%, with no notification of minimum payment on td app, if you miss a day also in 12 months, your Apr will go up to 26% and they will give you higher limit just to make your interest payment go from 0 to 300 real quick, don't fall for this money grab scheme

Should be a zero...worst customer service EVER! Arrived 15 mins before closing and they already closed their doors and told me and 10 other customers to beat it. Worker was rude and dismissive. By the looks of the reviews below this is a horrible bank location. Don't waste your time here.

My student account keep shift to unlimited account. I have submitted my school enrollment letter to the website at least three times. How many times should I upload it? This really makes me want to shift my account to another bank.

Service is ok. Went to use the ATM. When exiting the bank. Only one door to the entrance of bank is unlocked. A sea of people coming into the bank at the same time. Couldn’t exit, fed up after 20 people entering. I just push my way out. Don’t understand only have one door unlocked and other one locked.

Is it me or is TD going downhill? I tried to get the Aeroplan card approved. Got is approved online at CIBC. TD makes me make an appointment, meet the guy, asked for where I save my lunch money from grade 5. And still requires 4 online signatures. Still didn't get the card, because their Online system is garbage. David Lieu never emailed me back to finish the application. I call him, leave a message, no response. I look for other branches to restart the application. All reviews were just as bad. The card has a $130 annual fee, still wont take my money. I'm trying to give the bank my business and they wont take it. What is going on? Aeroplan should really discontinue the relationship with TD.

I came into this branch for an emergency situation that involved fraud. Jane, the branch manager, was very helpful in guiding me through the process and following up with TD corporate to get my issue resolved. The issue has since been resolved but I have to give credit to Jane's professionalism and duty of care for her customers. Would recommend daily banking needs if you are nearby this location please seek Jane!

Service is slow and there is no ATM open. How can I have no access to my money (cash) after 6pm. There seems to be not one TD with access open in the evenings which is ridiculous.

This is on branch that I have noticed that the Business Service counter is constantly closed during busy hours. I was there this afternoon between 1 and 2pm . Only one business service counter was open, I was next in line. When the customer before me finished his banking services, I was told by the lady teller to go the personal account queue as she is going on her break. This counter will be closed temporary, she explain.When I approached the manager he say that he is short handed. If you have three teller sitting behind the desk and talking to the manager how can you tell the customer that you are short handed.This branch need to do a better job taking care of the business account.

Would definitely give 100 stars if I can. Came here on Friday afternoon and everyone seems extraordinary nice, professional, and helpful. Even the word professional" is an understatement given what I have experienced and saw at this branch. Definitely the best TD branch I have been to. (Special thanks to the customer experience manager Jane (not pretty sure about her name) who solved my problem perfectly) ♥️♥️♥️"

Wow. Worst customer service ever with the advisors here. As soon as you express that you are not interested in the investment options they recommend, their faces drop and cut you off while you are talking and gets all condescending. They also play fishy with the rates and does not clarify unless you ask - want to rope you in on false assumptions. And when you catch on and ask them they play dumb. Never thought TD would get this low. Appalled.
