A Divine Design and Factory Direct Wood Shutters

Marco installed wood shutters all around the house in the summer of 2022 and did a great job - the windows look fantastic with minimal gaps. He even provided guidance on how the window installers should adjust my rear patio door so the shutters sit flush and don't intrude into the house - something the window people never mentioned!Just recently I broke one of the louvers trying to swat a fly - I know pretty funny and I didn't even get it. I called Marco up for a replacement and within a few days my shutter was fixed - no charge. That's what I call service. Don't hesitate, the quality of the shutters are great, the installation fantastic and the customer service even better.

We ordered the shutters in my kitchen from Marco 14 years ago and they are still looking so good just like brand new. Now we decided to upgrade my house all with shutters. He responded promptly and offered a very good price. Will update the review after installing. So far they provide a great service and I highly recommend! They deserve 5 stars

Or at the fabrication stage where in less than two weeks everything had been fabricated and the quality was the best. Marco is a gem. The shutters are gorgeous and the work done so well. On top of it, when one of the shutters broke (through my fault), Marco fixed this with no charge. Just a class act. Highly recommend.

We purchased our wooden shutters from Marco ten years ago when our house was new, and they still look as good as new today. The solid wood has maintained its integrity, the white colour is still white, no yellowing or cracking. Our guests are always impressed, I do not need to point them out. We have 24 windows plus the basement windows, they all capture the eye when seen. Thanks Marco!

It was a very pleasant experience to deal with Marco and the quote he gave me for the California wooden shutters we were looking for was very reasonable. We had to wait a little bit longer to have them installed but that was because of time it took to dry during winter months. We are very happy with both the product and service they provided and highly recommend them.

great service, quality is the best. I ordered on April 8th, and, the shutters were delivered and installed on April 17th....pleasant surprise.
