TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The atm is supposed to be 24 hours, but they keep locking the doors. Between me wasting my time & them no longer having extended business hours I'm switching banks

changing management in branches, they used to have wonderful staff whom helped all the way.new employee: new manager there is one of the worst customner service managers in banks i have ever seen, he solves client matters unprofessionally, after a bad attitude , lack of professional behavior, i informed him that im going to take my business else where his reply was good for u "! he didn't have the knowledge to deal with a bank mistake of taking more than 4500 $ out of my account without my permission except of turning his face and leaving

This bank is so bad the manager was a complete rude and needs to be fired he needs to go June 24 2023 I will be contacting corporate

Yes the staff are polite but the company is useless. I’ve been having problems nonstop with my account for 5 years with no help. There’s a new person everytime and they try to make things as hard as humanly possible. It’s making me big only miserable but so angry I want to cry as well. Really just a 10/10 experience.

Why is the ATM area closed after hours? I've noticed this is the case now at several locations. It used to be, your bank card would unlock the door. Now, if you want cash, you have to spend $3.50 to use the ATM at Scotiabank across the street of BMO around the corner. How is it they're able to keep their ATMs accessible and you aren't?

My experience with this branch was unfortunately very disappointing. My credit card had been sitting at the branch for a month. Nobody from the branch informed me or bothered to get in touch with me about it despite the fact that all of my contact information was updated and available (both phone and email). I only found out that the credit card had been sitting there because I called TD directly. When I finally went to the branch to collect the card, the staff were extremely inattentive and busy chatting with each other while I was in line. I was very lucky to be eventually served by an exceptional member of staff who was very polite and empathetic, but I was extremely unimpressed by the rest of the staff.

Please leave your ATM entrance open at night please, it's locked almost every time I try to use your ATM after you close .I plan to stop to take it cash as it's on my way home and EVERY time it's locked and it messes up my plans, there's not enough tds in the area to face them closed.

Why do I pay $4.25 to withdraw money in the middle of the day when my bank is right here, doors locked, debit machines fully operational? Rip off

Stop replying to the recent reviews asking for further information when its evident that customers are unhappy with the fact that you have to the entrance doors locked that lead to the ATMs after you close the branch. Instead of just replying to the reviews, do something. If the concern is vandalism, then just close it from Friday nights and Saturday nights.
