Got towed today to Kia of Hamilton with a flat tire only to find out that it was closed for the Long weekend. However, 2 guys were in the shop working on their own car and took pity on me and fixed my flat and had me on my way in under 10 minutes. Ian and Angelo, you are awesomeThank you so much for your help.

The service department at Kia of Hamilton is top notch. Shane, Ian and the staff look after all your service needs, but won't push extra, unwanted work on you. I have been going there for about 8 years and won't hesitate to return.

It was a fabulous experience as soon as we walked in the front door. From the lady at reception to Ifti our sales rep and Nicole the Finance Manager. Terrible service. Took car with full warranty in for service. Shane the service advisor did nothing to the car and charged me $208, to put dye in air conditioner. So car is still not working properly and I am out $208. Now the manager is looking into it". I would not bring my vehicle here again. Terrible service."

Came here to buy my first car.It was a little messy at first simply because they work on first come first serve for their staff.For example, we had one staff member who spoke to us online the night before so the other staff members, although they helped us on the day of, they were always referring us back to the original person we spoke to online. This is so that they don't miss a credit for their role.Only reason we didn't see her right away is because our schedules and her schedule with working were different.We were working with Mariana. She works most afternoons.Anyways, we tried out at 2023 and looked at a 2022.The 2023 Kia Soul was cheaper so we decided to build one and I ordered it in January. It was manufactured and sent to me by May.I received it in the original color I wanted. However, it was not the color I ordered but they gave me the option by calling me to let me know what was available.One thing is that before I received my car I received a call that it was delayed in Alberta and that wherever it was coming from they had put rust proofing on it when I didn't order it. I opted to accept the rust proofing and I added paint protection and seat protection to help with my goals for using my car.I'm not sure if that was a legit practice.Otherwise my car has been great and I have one season of winter tire storage included and roadside assistance and a warranty.

Just purchased a 2022 Kia Soul (Used) and it was a great experience. Mohamud was helpful and Aileen worked her magic and kept things easy for the $$ side of things. Either in person or over email the process went great and we love the car. Thanks!
