TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Rude customer service manager, inappropriate way to communicate with customer, zero help received, treated like another number and completely opposite experience as opposed to regular TD branch I go to. This happened twice and my own branch was amazed at how they delivered their service. Zero customer approach and finesse. Didn't resolve my request and instead they tried to sell me other product I did not need. If you can avoid this branch please do so.

There is no access to the ATMs when the branch is closed, because you can’t open the door to the area where they’re located. Every branch of every bank I’ve ever seen enables you to access the ATM area either by leaving the door open or enabling you to unlock it with a debit card. Thanks to them, I had to go on a wild goose chase to find another machine.

A perfect example of how greedy and incompetent big banks have become in Canada. Opened a business account with them to accept cheques from US and Canadian customers. Went there yesterday, waited in line for 30 minutes, gave the clerk my cheque, she went to talk to her manager for another 20 minutes, then came back saying they couldn't accept US cheques to my company because it has llc" on the end of it. Even though the cheque is in my name. Clerk was rude

Today, I received my worst experience since I am with TD 10 years ago at this branch. I always have a very good impression of this branch because I receive a wonderful experience and service for each of my visits there. But, today, it has totally changed with a representative who is extremely careless of my questions and concerns. I asked a question about a doubtful fee on my Visa. She just told me to call TD Visa without giving any detail or helping me to verify. I am really disgusted with that.

Dear Td bank,For the first time coming here to take out money from the ATM, I was greeded by 2 homeless men inside. Now I have nothing against homeless people, god knows I help a lot of them, but walking in a bank and them watching me, was a little bit uncomfortable.

The teller refused to refund account fees which were not supposed to have been charged because of my student status. He even said the words I see that you're graduating soon" but in the same breathe said "We don't refund fees

After much consideration, I chose to visit this branch to open new accounts. They helped me a lot with the process. Christopher Pineda, the associate, helped me a lot and patiently explained the types of accounts, the difference among them, the terms involved with fees and other charges etc. He even stayed late to complete the app installation and card activation. Thanks Chris! I really appreciate the service provided at this TD branch.

Rose Pham financial adviser" has no clue what she is doing. No courtesy

Just had a surreal experience at this branch. First and advisor who wouldn't even try to understand the nature of mistake that the bank made. She yelled about hundred times 'we didn't do anything wrong'. Then the branch manager - even worst 'handling the client' and not solving the problem . I couldn't believe it, during the 25 minutes long meeting she repeated 3 times: ' we don't follow the law'. Both just tried to get rid of us instead of solving the problem. Ridiculous. How do people who handle RRSPs can say that they don't have to know the rules and that they don't have to follow the Income Tax Law? It's a lunacy. On top of it,they both said that the person who made the mistake is no longer with the bank so the mistake can't be corrected. Horrible.

Absolutely clueless people in there. Very unprofessional made me feel very uncomfortable. I had driven 11 hours to purchase a vehicle I would have gotten a cheque from my bank without hesitation but due to holidays I had to go get it from the location closest to the vehicle of purchase. They wouldn't help me draft a cheque said I had to go collect 22 grand of 2k withdrawals across Montreal. Makes no sense at all the following bank at earnscliff road took care of me and didn't make a big deal of it. Highly recommend you going anywhere but here .
