Roula does an excellent job of helping her clients to see how their behaviours affect their day to day lives and how identifying triggers to detrimental behaviours is necessary to improve our quality of life. This coaching will help you explore who you are, and learn how to navigate the world as the best version of you. Ultimately we all need to do the work, but Roula provides the necessary tools to get the work done.
