Great tailoring, alteration, and dry-cleaning service!Had some men's suit pants and dress shirts tailored to be slimmer and fit my build better, and 100% satisfied with the outcome.Vivian is a great seamstress, took time to measure and adjust the alteration, and did excellent work. Pricing is also reasonable.Highly recommend this place!

I asked my neighbourhood Facebook group for recommendations for clothing alterations. Seven separate people recommended Nice Cleaners. After looking up their reviews on here I was uneasy, but noticed that the negative reviews are from at least 3 years ago. I'm glad I took a chance because Vivian was lovely and did a great job with my clothes. I'm wearing the jeans she altered as I type and I don't think I've ever owned a pair of jeans that fit so well. I shall definitely bring her more of my clothes in future.

I have been going here for over 5 years and have always been happy with the service. Have had multiple dry cleanings and alterations on my clothing. I only had one issue with a winter parka and they took care of it right away. Unfortunately many of the reviews are people upset with one issue and trying to ruin an otherwise great place. Their service is quick and at a great price

Horrible tailor, had a couple shirts and track pants with tiny holes from zippers. They made the holes bigger and used a sewing machine leaving big stitch lines instead of doing it by hand , Very lazy and very disappointed I wont be back. Don't waste your time the bad reviews are real.

Believe the other reviews!Went here because I figured: why go to a chain when you can go local.Went for a simple alteration.Cost nearly twice as much as other places.Poor quality work - in my case old stitching not removed and functionally poor.Then item was not ready on time, no apology, just told me to come back later. This is after having the item a week.Would not go again, there are three other places, at least, in the Annex alone to take my business to and from now on definitely will.
