I felt like I was being rushed through e sale being more important than my hearing. The upfront cash on the trial period was a surprise and then when I returned them, I had to wait for the refund to come from head office in Ontario. Aides were a very poor quality and service matched it.

Thanks to Alicia & Pat they are both amazing. My only draw back is I can't afford to buy them. Medavie only pays $350.00 as a senior on a fixed income that is not possible for me to handle the rest. Jean

Receptionist was knowledgeable, helpful & very easy to deal with . The audiologist was courteous, professional & knowledgeable helping me thru my hearing test . I don’t deal with any other hearing comp. as Beltone handles all my hearing needs expertly .
