She helped me step by step in upgrading and even broke down the cost so I can understand better. I would definitely recommend her if you are thinking of getting a new phone/plan.

It took a VERY long time to get new phone plan. I don’t mind things taking time but the process was extended because the associate said I wouldn’t have to pay my previous provider to end my contract with them. I questioned this and said I had an outstanding device balance but they insisted it wouldn’t be a problem and set me up with a new phone and accessories. Then I visited the other cell provider and as I said, it wasn’t possible to return my phone to the previous provider. Then the wireless wave associate continued to pressure me into taking the new device AND paying my previous provider - which didn’t make financial sense. Other things that bothered me - the associates kept speaking to new customers while in the middle of helping someone else. Their attention was diverted and it made finishing with one customer take longer. Also, the 3 staff members spoke about customers in another language, which I think is generally rude.

I have the opportunity to deal with your's Aneesh Ninan at Wirelesswave at Cap Mall. Very rarely do I commend some body as my standards are high due to my professional background. But I have to say that this gentleman is truly an excellent representative of your Company, and his ability to assist any and all customers is outstanding, going out of his way to assist. Visited this location to get a new phone plan today. Amina is very kind and knowledgeable and I felt really cared for. She explained everything thoroughly, ran a personal assessment to identify what is best for me and made sure I am getting what I need. I felt very confident with my decision thanks to her. On top of all of this professionalism, she has a very loving personality! I highly recommend her and thanks to Wirelesswave for having such employee!

Anyone have any problem with internet or telphone line, i suggest to go to this location and reffer everything to a genious young man ( Sina Moussavi ) and 100% be sure he will solve your problem and give you the best services ever. Durning 30 years of having line with different company i was not as satisfied as now with his service.
