I just wanted to share my experience with Kathy" The first time that we went to this store it was because I am trying to find a ring that looks the same woth my husband'a original wedding ring. He lost it during kayak. It was very unfortunate and I am able to find it here in this store. 2nd time is today

I went into the Metrotown store to look at a Longines and was treated like a homeless person. I bought a Citizen online instead of buying anything there. The Citizen had a problem and they're listed as the Citizen watch people. They refused to look at it.
