This was a really great experience for my family, especially my son. We took him here for his 2yr birthday and he had a blast! Only gripe is that the menu options for food and drink is lacking, however the experience my son had made up for that.

We really loved this space and attended for the first time on half price Wednesday. Our toddler had so much fun and it was a great space for a rainy day. He is only 22 months but could do most things. They also host birthday parties. Kind staff. On site cafe with snacks. Bring or wear socks!

I was here for a birthday party yesterday and it was really busy. I didn't feel that there was sufficient staff on the floor. It appeared there were two staff each cleaning a party room and one lady at the desk up front.She was kept busy with customers, and doing her best to help everyone's needs. As I was leaving there were two separate incidents one where a child was asking for help in the playarea and one the staff did not yet know about as kids were playing rough in the back. Kudos to the lady up front who was doing amazing, but just a comment of what I had seen while I was there.Overall this place is fantastic for kids. I just personally feel the kids are left without supervision from parents and it leaves the staff tasked with dealing.

Just had our daughter’s birthday party here, it was fantastic! We booked for 9-11am and they let us in early to set up and showed us around. The room had a fridge, garbage and recycling cans, counter space for food set up. We were allowed to bring in all our own food, cake and supplies. Just a lovely spot for a party, clean rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back for regular play dates! The staff was great!

Really fun place for birthday parties. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth it to not have to worry about weather at an outdoor party. The spaces are always very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Very bad customer service. It was my turn to order, but the lady working at the cashier noticed that I was waiting to order. Instead, she took two ladies' orders who were behind me. On top of that, I was carrying my baby, and my arms got tired. I was just going to buy one thing, it shouldn't take this long.

Great place to bring your kids. My grandson is 2 and he has a ball here. The only downfall is some of the other kids are aggressive and I worry about younger children there.

Play area is great, kids had fun, but it is definitely expensive. There's also a girl at the front desk that has consistently been super rude every time we've been in and she's there. Most staff are great, but this girl ruins our experience every time. Also parent waiting area is comfortable but chairs are a bit beat up.
