Online ordering is a great. I have nothing but good words for that at this store.Shoutout to Michael who went above and beyond to help me transfer items from another store so I could get my order.

I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. I was having trouble with my Viper remote starter. The installers at the Visions location on Regent determined what the issue was and fixed it FOR NO CHARGE! The customer service was outstanding! Thank you very much

Consultants who stand in groups and do not approach, there is no interest in work and sales. My friend and I stood there for 10 minutes, they saw us, but no one came up. We decided to go to the consultant, said that we were not from this product and would call ours, no one came, we waited another 10-15 minutes and went to the consultant again.You know, if I hadn't searched for the product I wanted, I wouldn't have bought anything in this store.I would have laughed if there were a lot of customers, but there were only a few.Before that, I visited Best Buy in another neighbourhood, and if everything there was above 10, then here it was definitely 2.

Had to buy two dryers,

I had an issue with this location the other day. But Shawn the owner fixed the issue immediately earlier today and gave me the best customer service experience which he was very courteous which made me so very happy today. The owner of this location is so amazing. I've been coming here for over 25 years. If you have an issue, Shawn will rectify it right away. Also their employee Jeff is amazing to deal with with outstanding customer service and he's always so very courteous with Customers. If you come to this location you'll be amazed with how great their customer service is and they have great products to pick from and also always give you great deal to buy your products from you. Their Pawn system is great as well.Shawn and Jeff you guys are the best. Thank you so much.

My girlfriend paid $20-$30 for a roll of film to be developed for our anniversary. 2 months later I was told it was ready to be picked up. Long story short, after communicating for months they told me it was sent online, only to later tell me that the quality of the pictures weren’t good enough to be developed in the first place. Still haven’t gotten a refund. That was last year. This specific location clearly isn’t able to communicate to customers and service is ignored after they’ve received payment. Sad to see my go to film&photography store become another “brand name” with a lack of attention to RETURNING customers. Would 100% recommend driving to the Hamilton location for anything resembling customer service!!

IN LOVE with our wedding videos and NDE (see on his YouTube channel)! Can’t tell you how lucky we got, choosing such a great videographer. He captured the sweetest moments in the most beautiful ways and I can’t stop watching them! Brings us back to our wedding week and all the good times we had with loved ones. So easy to work with. Would recommend to everyone!!

Been shopping at visions from Day 1. Always great service and the best prices. Steve and the gang are all professional and I highly recommend them to everyone 5 STARS!!!

Extremely unprofessional!!! Went to drop off an Android box for repair in August. Was told it will take 2-3 weeks to be repaired, that they would contact my reseller to let us know it was ready (they put a piece of tape on the box with his info and what was wrong).After several weeks, our reseller went in for another issue and inquired about our box, they told him they didn't know what he was talking about.My sibling called them back with dates of the box being dropped and the make and model, was told that it would be ready by Thursday before Thanksgiving. I went in on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, they couldn't locate my original box in the system or anywhere in the store.They gave me a new box same make and model, but they had originally taken my power supply also, then turned around and charged me $20 for the power supply that was in the package with the new box.Horrible experience and I'll never do business with this business again.
