I don’t think I’ve once ever been able to reach the after hours clinic successfully. I called at 3:55 this time in hopes I’d be able to have some luck and the phone was answered but then was told to call back, when I called back at 4:00 absolutely no answer. So the exact same thing that has happened every single time happened again. So disappointing, especially when you have a one year old sick and cannot be seen unless it’s a week or two out.

There is not enough stars even in the sky for Marlaina (I am probably spelling it wrong) Do not get me wrong every single worker at Grandview is OUTSTANDING but Marlaina is an absolute angel. I look forward to calling if I know she will answer. She goes beyond her job. Still to this day have never met her face to face but I know she will have a big smile on her face when I do. Thank you so much for everything you do!!!

The nurse that is working today (Feb 15/23) was very rude and wouldn't let me get out my concern without cutting me off and trying to make me feel stupid. Very unprofessional for someone in her position over the phone. Acting like I was disturbing her. Uncalled for.

Have been going here since I was knee high to a grass hopper. Wait times are very reasonable, staff is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and patient and my family doctor has always given me above par care...I recommend this place if you need a new family doctor.They also have on site within the building: x-Ray, Life Labs, Physio, Massage Therapists and also a pharmacy.

this is the WORST doctors office I have ever been to. The receptionists are all very rude and it is impossible to get an appointment. I have been trying to see Dr. Pennell for 7 months and still have not gone in due to mis-scheculing and it seems like everyone who works there is focused on doing the least work possible. I was given a 2 hour window for a walk in appointment and didn’t get any call notification. When I called back with 30 minutes left saying I never got a call, I was told that’s too bad and to make a new appointment 4 weeks later, even though I was still in my time period for the appointment. Today I tried calling to book another appointment at 12pm and the automated system said that the phones were shut down until tomorrow because all appointments for today are booked. what if someone needs to cancel and appointment or ask a question regarding it? DO NOT go to this doctors office.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. You can never see your doctor Always booked. If you do get an appointment they're usually running behind because they're overbooked. Their after hours clinic is always busy you can never get through on the telephone. why have a doctor if you have to rely on going to walking clinics or the hospital for regular care. This used to be a great clinic with really good doctors.

I have been a patient of Grandview for over 42 yrs.Unfortunately, patient care is no longer a priority. I have been trying to get an appointment for 1 month!Office manager Jeff P does not care at all about patients, and after numerous phone calls over 3 weeks, he finally returned my call. He was extremely rude and dismissive!I had an amazing doctor, but she left Grandview. Her replacement, Dr Pichna stares right through you, does not listen, does not seem to care at all about his patients, he is only at the office a few hours a week so its impossible to get an appointment. Grandview does not allow patients to switch to other doctors within the office. I have asked for a female doctor (due to my medical needs) as I had 2 previous female doctors, who were both phenomenal and actually cared about their patients. It seems that the doctors that cared have left. Burocracy drama has been allowed by staff to take over this clinic, which has become extremely obvious over the last few years!

The BEST place for your overall health care. They have a fabulous holistic approach, caring about all areas of your life. These folks never closed during covid and have always provided stellar care. I have lived out of the area for over ten years now and would never leave this team or my doctor..

I find some of the negative reviews rather funny. Complaining about being on hold for 10 minutes is laughable... guess what?? Other people call to book appointments as well. Two weeks to see your doctor? Well obviously, they have other patients too! Should they cancel all other appointments just to accommodate you? I don't think so. The front desk staff doesn't sound super energetic and excited to speak to you? It's a medical office with high-volume calls, not a Chucky Cheese. I have realistic expectations when it comes to medical centres. Some days are busier than others. That's expected especially when a lot of people are sick. Dr. Ally Pennell, the nursing staff, and front desk staff are great. The pharmacy staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Wait times are very reasonable! There are thousands of people in Cambridge still looking for a family doctor. Be grateful you have one or give up your space for someone that will actually appreciate it. Looking forward to seeing the new medical centre next door when it's done. Keep up the great work folks!
