Just over a week until my wedding and didn’t realize my pants needed an alteration because I thought they were just wrinkly. Took my pants into Raymond’s after google reviews and 3 other tailors turning me away humming and hawwing stating it was “too much work and be too expensive”Raymond knew what to do right away and said it’s pretty late to do these alterations but he’ll help me out. This guy did an UNREAL job considering what he had to do and the price was way more than reasonable and way below what I expected. I’ve found my new tailor without a doubt. Thanks again Raymond!

I was recommended Raymond’s by a friend who had several suits tailored for weddings by Raymond. For my own wedding in august I had my suit as well as my 5 groomsmen’s suits brought in and custom tailored by Raymond. Exceptional quality and workmanship for an incredible price. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this tailor shop, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. I needed a few alterations done on a suit, and based on the positive online reviews, I had high expectations. However, this tailor fell far short of meeting even the most basic standards of professionalism and quality.Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members were unhelpful and appeared disinterested in assisting me. They seemed more concerned with their own conversations and personal matters than with attending to customers. When I tried to explain my requirements, they displayed a complete lack of attention and failed to grasp what I was asking for.Moreover, the quality of the alterations was shockingly poor. It was evident that the tailor lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. The suit ended up looking worse than it did before the alterations. The stitching was uneven and sloppy, and it was clear that no care had been taken in ensuring a proper fit. It was a complete waste of both my time and money.Adding insult to injury, when I attempted to express my dissatisfaction with their work, the tailor was dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for the shoddy craftsmanship. They showed no interest in rectifying the situation or offering any sort of compensation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.I strongly advise anyone seeking quality tailoring services to steer clear of this establishment. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction make it one of the worst tailor shops I have ever encountered. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable tailor who takes pride in their work and values their customers

Best menswear in the city. Alterations are done quickly and so well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for suits and gaurantee no one will have the same suit as you. Raymond is amazing and makes sure you always leave happy!!! 5 Star Always!

Seriously the best place I've personally experienced for alterations and custom fits! Kind, humble, precise and timely at a super reasonable price people! Couldn't have asked for better service, the man does great work. If I'm in town, the only place I can rely on for last minute fixes and touch ups. Go here and you won't be disappointed

WORST TAILOR EVER! So rude and not aware whatsoever about what customer service is! I called asking about my dress that I was getting tailored by him and to see how long it needs, he continually said that he called me when I know he did not. He made me seem as if I was lying. I came into the store and he some way ended up charging me more than what was initially asked for. When confronted about it he would get all riled up and never admitted to it! Horrible do not recommend!

I highly recommend this tailor. I needed a gown hemmed for a wedding I’m attending in June. Of course it’s a busy time for most tailors since it’s wedding & grad season. I received the dress in under 2 weeks & the work done was good quality. I experienced great customer service too! Raymond was very nice & understanding after I lost the ticket needed to pickup the dress. It was very affordable as well! I paid about $45 to get the dress altered, but I was happy with this Since most places quoted me almost $60-80 for the same work. I was really happy with my experience here as most of the other shops I had been to had been very preoccupied with other orders or came off as disrespectful when I asked questions about the service, how much, etc.
