I have a brand new pair of boots that I wore one time and the left book began to squeak when stepping down on the heel. Operator of this little kiosk told me to throw it out because it was made in China. What a joke.

Went there to get a handbag strap repaired. The older gentlemen told me it couldn't be done". Said there was no way he could fix it. I decided to take it to Callingwood Market place. The gentleman there said no problem it just need to be stitched to reinforce it. Guess I'll be going to Callingwood shoe and leather repairs from now on."

I do not recommend this place. The owner is obnoxious and does a terrible job with shoes. You can only pay cash and he does not give a receipt... I have reported him to Revenue Canada. If you had a similar experience, I encourage you to do the same.

LUCA'S SHOE & LEATHER REPAIR OFFERS THE FINEST IN REPAIRS FOR SHOES, BOOTS, PURSES--ALL LEATHER GOODS. THE OWNER IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND CHARGES A FAIR PRICE FOR HIS WORK. HE CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO LUCA'S SINCE JUNE 1986 WHEN I MOVED TO EDMONTON. HE HAS NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTED ME!

Luca's Shoe & Leather Repair
He did such a wonderful job of replacing zippers on a pair of high leather boots that were chewed by my dog. You can't even tell that they were replaced. He also repaired a purse handle. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely take all my leather repairs here.
