My '77 Vette had been sitting in storage for over 10 yrs. Taylor and Norm did a great job getting it back back up and running. They completed everything under my budget and at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient the work was completed considering how much need to be done. Norm took the time to go over all the new parts he put in and any other quirks he noticed on the car. They honor their workmanship and part warranty and had no problem taking it back to swap out one of the parts. They are very knowledgeable with classic cars, I would highly recommend taking your classic car or daily driver to Mackensie's.

Tire deflated on the 23rd right before going home before exams but Mackensie's plugged and inflated the tire, helping me get home for the holidays! Service was done immediately and only took 20 minutes. 5 stars without a doubt. Will definitely come again for any service needed.

I'm new to London and recently purchased a 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo.I did my research on local garages that still knew how to work on 47 yr old classic cars.I was requiring upgrades to the ignition system and several other repairs.Bruce was fantastic in his appreciation for my car and had Norm perform all my repairs.Being a licensed Mechanic myself and now disabled and no longer able to perform my own repairs.I would not look any farther than Williams Auto.They are true professionals and now have my business for life.UPDATE.FEB 2020.I took my 1968 C10 truck there for an engine swap and transmission.Again Norm did amazing work .The entire shop has professional mechanics with amazing attitudes.I'll try to attach some pictures of the work done to rebuild my C10 and give it a new life.Amazing shop.Amazing personal.

Can’t thank the fellas at Mackensie’s enough for their work today. I had a fight with a concrete parking block the other day (the parking block won; rebar tore right through the engine’s platter guard) and I needed the car up-and-running to make a trip to Waterloo tomorrow. They took me on same-day, let me drop the car off with them, and did exactly what I asked: make the car safe and driveable enough for the trip tomorrow. I was astounded by their VERY reasonable prices and willingness to help me find the solution that suited my needs. I was hesitant to leave my mechanic in Waterloo until I found one I could trust here in London’s and I think Mackensie’s has me covered! Thanks everyone

I recently had a flat tire replaced here and I was very impressed.Staff are professional, friendly, and clearly communicate with customers. I was surprised how big the garage actually was inside. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending these folks.

absolute best mechanic. reasonable, accommodating, helpful, approachable, and clean. I first attended as a solo young woman with bad advice from another mechanic who told me I needed all four brakes replaced. I attended here alone and was told that I did not need any brakes replaced (when they VERY easily could have taken advantage of me and charged me for it.) Since then, I have always felt safe and comfortable here. I am a student supporting myself, so the student discount is very appreciated. They always have completed quick, reasonably priced work for me. Most recently, they were sent the wrong windshield for my vehicle, and they allowed me to use the loaner car for two days and pick up at a time outside of hours to accommodate my work schedule. It's very reassuring to know that I will not encounter any predatory behaviour or discomfort when I come alone. Thank you so much to your team!! :)

These guys are the best! I have been a client and have recommended Williams Downtown Automotive for over 20 years now & have never had a negative experience & neither has anyone I have ever sent there. They are honest & thorough & never suggest anything that isn’t absolutely necessary. Today I discovered I had a flat tire. I quickly headed over & Norm & his team stopped what they were doing to help me, get the tire fixed & ensured I hadn’t done any damage to the inside wall of the tire. I never hesitate to recommend these guys for whatever your automotive needs may be.
