Northpoint Family Medicine And Walk-In

I have been a patient of Dr. Puja Aggarwal since the fall of 2019. I have had both phone appointments and in-person appointments with her and she has always been very kind, patient and very thorough, providing necessary referrals and test requisitions when they have been warranted.I have not attended this facility as a walk-in, but every time I've been to the clinic - regardless of the time of day - the waiting room is always full, full, full, so I would definitely say to pack your patience if you plan on heading here for a walk in appointment.I don't call in because the wait times on the phone can be very long - the place is always PACKED with walk-ins and the phone is always ringing when I'm there. I book my appointments online and communicate with the clinic through email and have always received a reply. Some of the support staff have been a bit curt, but my overall experience with the majority of them has been fine.

This walk in clinic does not value customer service, or patient centred care, and lack compassion , respect, & effective communication.Dr. Manpreet Singh was the walk in doctor for the day. He was very dismissive to my concerns, gaslighted me telling me that my problem was not there when it was confirmed by another doctor ( Dr. Metha) at the same clinic prior, pushed me out of the room, and walked away from me several times when I tried talking to him. All I wanted was a simple throat culture and he denied to perform one.Please be careful if you choose to come here.UPDATE: Next day I went to a different walk in clinic. I did not go into detail with doctor about the problem I had and by just performing a visual and physical assessment the Dr. could determine there was something wrong which Dr. Manpreet (Mani) Singh was unable to do. The doctor at the other walk in clinic was also happy to perform a throat culture.Please find somewhere else to go, ESPECIALLY if Dr. Manpreet Singh is the walk in specialist.

Disappointed with the service with Northpoint. Dr Lisha Chander is rude and she don’t have patience to listen to her patient concerns. She always say tell me one problem and book another appointment if you have another concerns. My appointment has been cancelled and told I don’t show up for 3 appointments. Receptionist said first I missed 4 then she said 2 and then she said 3 appointments. First you make sure then reply back. Now dr Lisha said she won’t book any appointment until I pay her 50$. I need to go for pregnancy check up and tests. But she denied my appointment. Very very disappointed.

Wow!! Look at all those 1 Star reviews. I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years and never had a bad experience. Everyone who dislikes this place and left a bad review can go somewhere else. More appointment availability for me. The front end staff deserve to be crusty with the patients. Look at what they have to deal with all day. If you’re nice to them and follow the patient processes and expectations, they will be nice to you. Keep up the good work and see you at my next appointment. Hopefully not any sooner.

Been family doctor for last 5 years it was all good but in recent times the front desk staff have been rude. Wait times have become very long either phone or walk-ins. They usually take walk ins from 10 to 1 at most. Also doctors are always in rush , hardly getting any satisfactory answers. Pharmasave is adjacent and blood work can be done upstairs.

I have been a patient of Dr S Grewal for many years.She is an amazing doctor. Very good bedside manner, very knowledgeable, respectful, kind and helpful. My daughter and I feel safe, heard and have the utmost confidence in Dr S Grewal.

Dr Mani is probably the most arrogant and unprofessional doctor ever existed. He has no care for his patients and is very rude to them. He doesn’t even deserve one star, but besides him I had a great experience with Dr Janice Ortiz Singh(would definitely give 5 stars to her ☺️) throughout my 1st pregnancy, she is kind and helpful to her patients.

Waste so much of ur precious time, Show so much of professionalism while booking appointments and there is a fine for 50 Dollars if you do not show up. But you have to wait for more than one hour, they do play favourites with patients I believe. My appointment was at 9:40 and I am still waiting till 11:20 and no response yet. Someone had their appointment at 10:00 they reached at 10:08. but sent inside before me. It is ridiculously unprofessional! Opt for this clinic if you have nothing else to do in your life and have all your day free to have consultation with a doctor even after booked appointments. FYI Dr Puja is a good doctor though

I came into 40 patients in waiting room and overheard “it’ll be 2 hour wait for Dr. Grewal.” being said to newer people walking in. They asked me reason and I mentioned specific blood tests (CBC, chemistry and vitamin D) and i also mentioned it doesn’t have to be Dr Grewal. I sat for 1 min in waiting room and 1 min with another physician, Dr. Lisha Chander, in assessment room. Literally got my requisition printed was out of there. Amazing - whole experience lasted about 5 minutes. Had I needed an assessment I’m sure it would have been long 2 hour wait.

Worst clinic. Always Crowdy. Greedy doctors. Amandeep is always in a hurry. He does not care about people but just numbers so he gets more money. They never call back for any test results or follow backs. Ling queues. Appts times are a week apart. He does not write tests easily just because to save government money even though he risks patient life. Its a scam. He also does not have enough knowledge. I will advise to stat away from them. All reviews who has five stars are probably paid or relatives. Do not trust them. Stay Away.Rude Staff.
