Awesome place! Fabulous people and they share what they know about the area. For a business owner it's handy that the Chamber of Commerce is there too. They all work very well together!

Small visitor center with all what your need... except that the two middle-aged women at the desk were unfriendly and not helpful at all. They probably didn't like that we stayed and used the WIFI to plan our next destinations. Anyway, after a while, there was no WIFI signal anymore. They said that a lot of people are using the connection but there was nobody around, we were only 2 travellers... When others tourists arrived and ask for the WIFI, the network worked again. Magic don't you think? And during all this time they were whispering and communicate on little pieces of paper like schoolgirls. Pitiful! When you work in this kind of place, your job is to HELP tourists and travelers, not to be disrespectful and liar.

Never been to this area before. Interested in the Kettle River bike trail and wineries. Gal was very helpful

HO BOY WAS THERE YESTERSDAY THAT WOMEN AD A BAD FLU DONT NO WHY SHE WAS WORKING NOT TO GOOD...IT WAS NOT PRETTY!!!!!

The lady working here is the sweetest person ever! A group of us on motorcycles had to pull over there to cool off and have water and she invited us in the AC and we had a great chat with her! Lots of travel brochures available there also! Great place to stop!

Right on Hwy 97, north of the main entrance to upper Summerland. Knowledgeable staff, maps, brochures and picnic tables, ta boot!

Exiting on and off the highway to arrive at this location can be tricky if traffic is heavy which it can be in the area
