My furnace was on but not running on a Sunday morning. First, I got a call back within 10 minutes then they helped me troubleshoot over the phone to solve the problem. It was a simple fix luckily but that same fix could have been an on-site visit at weekend pricing. Amazing service! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Corbett , came in quickly and efficiently on mas he figured out what was wrong with our leaking ceiling from our toilet upstairs and fixed it right away. He was very helpful.

Then Paul, our plumber was positive, friendly, communicative about price and the job, and gave us tips on how to start the hot water tank pilot in case we need to do it. It was pain free and fast. I had an emergency plumbing issue where my shower valve broke which resulted in the shower water running continuously, the water would not turn off. I had to turn off the main water valve inside my house. I called Aquality Plumbing left a message and they returned my call within minutes. They were able to do a same day appointment which I very much appreciated. Mike arrived; was professional, quick, and fully fixed the shower with a fair price. I have other non-emergent plumbing tasks to complete and will definitely use this company again.

I am very pleased with the recommendations made to me by David from Aquality Plumbing. I decided to change a bathroom in my condo that was never used, only for storage. I needed a bathroom that I could roll-in, in my wheelchair to shower and space was going to be tight.David set me up with Blair from Epic Contracting. David (Aquality), Blair (Epic) and I met and discussed my ideas. Once the condo board approved my intention, the project was good to-go!David suggested a Rain Shower, which is lovely, and a Floating Sink saving space.
