Be careful of the superintendent named Kenrick he's slick. Him and Daria are playing some kind of sick game! Falsifying documents pretending to be Roman the Property manager etc.

Daria and Kenrick are crooks with nasty attitudes and neither of them care about any of your concerns… The building is INFESTED with silverfish and other pest but they dont care to fix that problem. Other than that the area is nice and building is family oriented.
