I love this store. Patrick know his flooring and offers great service. My only complaint is that they need another staff member. Getting an answer on the phone can take days.

A great place to get all your flooring needs. From Carpet and vinyl to Hardwood laminate and tile floors. A great selection of colours and patterns to choose from, also you can have it all professionally installed. Friendly staff to help you out and answer all your questions, quality flooring, far prices and professional installation. If you are in need of new flooring check this place out.

Todd was exactly the guy I needed to find at a carpet store. I needed to lay carpet for the first time and Todd not only provided me a great deal on carpet and underlay, he also gave me a crash course on installation.He asked if I had the appropriate tools, and when I said I was looking to buy a “kicker” he let me borrow theirs!Thanks Todd.

If you're looking for a little cut of flooring they can't be beat. We needed just enough to do a tiny bathroom and they had so many options. Very helpful staff, great experience.

Awesome customer service, prompt and always eager to help! They've installed flooring for us in two different homes, tile, linoleum and carpet and we've been very happy with both experiences working with them. Just dropped in for some off cut" Linoleum and they were able to help with that too! Thanks for everything guys!"

Just left there after being ignored by staff for 10 mins. Guy working finally asks what I'm looking for (area rugs.) He quickly points at them (no pricing on most of them.) Before I can even ask the prices he's gone again. As he walks to the back i can hear him saying to another guy (contractor I'm guessing) He wants area rugs.....like they're right there look at them!" Someone needs to learn some serious customer service skills. I also wanted flooring but will be shopping elsewhere that's for sure!"
