TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I am a new TD member and went to this branch for the first time to set up my PIN number and I brought valid iD and my second piece was expired but had my picture on it and I produced several others to prove my identity the supervisor a younger Asian man with long dark hair slicked back would not allow me to get a PIN number, I offered to answer any security questions etc and he shut me down; I was shocked and complained and he then said I was getting aggressive and asked me to leave. He was extremely rude, abusive and I was in tears as I asked for help or another supervisor and he treated me horribly and said he would get security to escort me out. I am still in shock how I was treated and I will never visit this branch again. I did nothing wrong, this man did nothing to resolve my problem and help me and he made me feel like some sort of criminal for asking for more help… I am traumatized and have contacted head office for help. Never again will i go in this branch

Great banking and informative experience with the bank account app

Received a letter telling me i could regard an issue in the branch. When I go there they basically told me I had to call - and when i told them the letter did they could resolve in the branch, they asked for proof of the letter before even trying to look into the issue. They ended up telling me the wrong info and i have to wait 1.5 hours on the phone to finally clear up a simply issue. Never had issues at other branches so far.

Good staff. He help me to open a new bank account and debit card. explain details for fee and saving money.

I use the ATM here a lot and it works as it should. Talking to the real TD employees though...I'd try to avoid it if I could. One guy could not hide his face expression well enough and looked emotionally scarred when he saw my bank account's low numbers. I'm sorry that I'm not rich...But please act better next time because I don't like the feeling of being judged. :( Now I just want to use the ATM forever without needing to talk to a real life TD employee because of this experience.

went in on Jan 15 around 3pm, the line up was huge and only 3 staff is working. no traffic control given current covid cases, one of the hand sanitizer machine is out. felt really bad for the staff who is working today.

Excellent service and professional are what TD banks.Our family , first and second generation are using TD bank as our main investment. Strongly, recommend to others ( investment personal line of credit, or mortgage.. RESP, RESP) BEST .

The branch manager is a total disaster, very rude, not helpful at all, I just don’t know how she managed to keep this job so far, I’ll never go back to her branch again, she needs to be trained properly, good luck with that.

I only have one problem with this T.D.It the fact that almost EVERY morning around 4:30am & 5:30am.There is someone sleeping on the floor. Directly in front of the A.T.M........ive ended up having to use them other bank machine
