Not a great return experience. The policy is store credit only, which is completely fine, but that wasn’t made clear to me when I purchased (outside of a sign on the counter which I did not see).Pointed this out to the clerk who helped return (that they should say out loud the exchange policy) and she just said “it’s our policy” and pointed to the sign without making eye contact.If the customer is not aware when leaving the store (original clerk said “returns available for 14 days”, did not say store credit only), probably something that could use improvement.I bought two pieces of jewelry for my gf as a surprise and returned one since it was not her style. Would not have bought both if I knew I’d only get store credit.

The owner is so patient and super friendly and very knowledgeable.The store is so colorful and reminded me of the very nostalgic memories of Iran.Highly recommended.

这studio不大，可东西挺齐全的。T恤颜色丰富，尺码齐，让你不只黑白灰！挑完衣服，轮到图案啦~墻上挂着各种大小的印花图案，韩风、少女风、可爱风、炫酷风等，紧贴潮流不会土。之后再随意按个人喜欢加上不同的小配饰，在衣服摆放想要的位置就开始加工啦。因为都是预约制，专属的店员全程教导，不担心不会弄。印花需要用到机器烫印，为了图案效果出来好，店员会代操作，前提你要定好在衣服上的位置。某些小配饰部件需要人工缝制，那就要自己动手啦。整个过程一点都不复杂，当天设计当天取走。除了适合情侣装外，作为个人或礼品也是个不错的选择，

I love the shower steamers. I have purchased from many a company over the years and theirs cannot be beat. Love the scents available. They even provided delivery to me which was totally awesome!!!!!
