Dr. Laidlaw was exceptional! She took the time to explain the changes in my eyesight, as well as in my eyes. She also took the time to explain the different options I had available for lenses, and what the differences meant for me.The ladies at the front counter were also wonderful. They took the time to help me look for frames not only that I was comfortable in, but also some that were out of my comfort zone. They were honest about what suited me and what didn't. And every frame I selected that didn't suit me, they provided a different option.When my glasses arrived - which took less than a week - the ladies at the front counter took the time to ensure they fit comfortably and that the progressive lenses were aligned properly so that I could utilize all three areas of my lenses.As for cost, I received 3 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses for less than what it cost me to purchase one pair at the last optometrist's office I used. If I could give a higher rating than 5/5, I absolutely would!

Great Customer Service here. Came in to purchase sunglasses and my prescription had expired. They got me in right away for an eye exam and updated prescription. Ordered my sunglasses and they were ready for pickup 2 days later! This will now be my go to place for eye exams as well as eye glasses.

This business took great care of me from when I first made the appointment, right through to getting my two new pairs of glasses a week earlier than expected. Having the eye doctor on site was awesome. Hallie P was super knowledgeable. Took fantastic care of me. She even brought in her fellow coworkers to help me choose my glasses and they were all honest about what looked good on me. Thank you, Hallie for making this experience go really well for me as I was not excited about getting glasses.

I had amazing service with Taylor. She help me to pick out 2 perfect pairs of glasses. Even though it was difficult due to the extremely large beautiful selection of eyewear carried in their store. Went to have a screw replaced in my glasses. They took them apart, replaced the nose pads and screws, cleaned and tightened them for free. I didn't buy my glasses from them, so this was just outstanding customer/community service on their part

I switched companies and do not regret it. The dr was ver thorough in the exam, answered questions I had. The process of picking the glasses & getting great deals & designs as well, was easy. My glasses were ready so quickly (1 week). Helpful staff & service was awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality & service, this is the place to go.
