An ignorant teller who made me wait well over 30 minutes whilst she served other clients by inserting them before me, and did whatever she could in order to very obviously show me they didn't want to assist me. I take this as a direct indication that they DO NOT want my business and have taken this as incentive to terminate my banking relationship with Scotiabank. Their call centres are even worse with Central American call takers who barely speak and understand English proficiently. Your business is more appreciated at other banks. YMMV.

I really wish I could give them a zero. I went into their branch to have my last name changed and asked them to order new credit cards with them on. I was asked if I wanted them send to my home or my homebranch (not Ladner). Well two weeks later I still havent received my cards so I went into my home branch and was told they were never ordered.

Unfortunately with how high this branch is with their turnover rate with tellers and with their financial staff I had. To go out of my way and build a relationship with the staff at Richmond Ironwood.I received a large sum of money due to a family members passing away and didn't know what to do with it. The financial advisor at this Branch was hyper focussed on me putting all my money into a GIC than anything else I ended up and going to the Ironwood Branch for help with my financial planning.I just recommend going to another Scotiabank location to your banking if your with scottabank.
