My experience with Hightech Solutions was amazing. I bought a desktop which has 3 months warranty, I had some problem after 7 months, I didn't know who to contact for help, I thought maybe I contact Mo and see if he can help me (I didn't expect any help from him because warranty already expired long ago). To my surprise, Mo immediately helped me and got my problem fixed. He went above and beyond demonstrated great care to his customer and definitely treated me like a king (customer is king) in true sense. These days hard to find such honest, caring and helpful vendors. If I need, I definitely will buy their products and services in future without thinking twice or even thinking once.
