Dr. Robert B. Miller

Dr Miller is very rude, patronizing, and unprofessional. He got offended that I had to cut his sentence off (by apologizing btw) just because I had something important to share and I didn’t want to forget saying it. I started talking and mid sentence he mockingly starts making obnoxious sounds (something you would expect from a 10 year old). I stop talking and try to understand what’s going on because that’s not something you would expect from a 70 year old something doctor, right. I look at thim and he asks me how that felt??? I was shocked to say the least. Thanked and left the room right there.His staff is no different (not gonna get into details here).My family doctor referred to him. I will never step into his office again. Tell your family doctor to refer to someone else. They also overbook, so be ready to wait at least 1 hour.

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist on the phone today.She dealt with me with a total disrespect and sarcasm and talked to me as a beggar not as a patient who has a serious request.I talked to her very politely but that did not help, then I asked her to speak to me with respect. She hang up the phone on me.A Total unpleasant experience with this clinic.

I went to see Dr. Miller in March. What a gentleman! He is very direct, doesn’t want to know anything except what is relevant to the case and has a dry sense of humour which I liked!His office has outdated equipment but he knows how to use the devices himself and that’s all I cared about. Do you really care if he examines using a mechanical device or a digital device?My appointment was at 8:00 and he saw me at 8:30 which I find very reasonable. Realistically, up to an hour error in wait times and scheduling is acceptable. I’m sure we all have been late to a doctors appointment ourselves.5 star patient care for me :)

I had also experienced an extremely long wait time and ended up leaving before my appointment. They tell you to allow 2 hours, but do not explain that much of that time may be spent in the waiting room.Note- I did want to see this doctor as my wife had visited him and was very happy with her treatment.

My wife and I are both healthcare professionals. We came to Dr Miller to take our 6 year old today. Initially the receptionist said it would be hard to book an appointment because they were booked for a few months but she called back later that day and got us in to see Dr Miller in a couple of days. We were told during the phone call that it might be a 2-hour wait (which we totally get being in healthcare ourselves). Our appointment was at 10 AM and we ended up seeing him by 10:30. Having read all the comments and working in healthcare, my wife and I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, our experience with him and his staff were exceptional. Dr Miller was very playful, professional, and courteous as were his support staff. I understand that because the patient was a child, their approach may have been different and as a result our experience was different than many others who have posted here but I would like to say that Dr Miller has been practicing since 1978! Give the man some credit.I know the pandemic has forced many of us to move into a new norm of how healthcare ‘can be’ or ‘should be’ delivered but TBH, they don’t make doctors like Him anymore.Thanks Dr Miller & Co!

I had a wonderful experience in dr. B.Miller's office today. Gentle , kind and very very professional doctors. They are angels on the earth like my parents ♥️

Not a good doctor, forced me to buy his own handmade nose sprays multiple times to maximize his profit. The spray made my breathing problem so much worst but he neither cared or listened. Learn from my mistake and Find any other doctor.

Dr. Miller is not bad . But the waiting time inside the office is long. Consider spending at least 1-1.5 hours .The front desk ladies are rude when you aske them questions related to appointments. One of the secretary call to confirm my appointment with dr. Miller and I showed up at the same day and time for the appointment. I have been told that my appointment was three days ago and I did not show up. When I have mentioned about the phone call that I have received from the office to show up at this day/ time , she says oh, that is misunderstanding and miscommunicating. I took half day off work to be there on time but ended up leaving the office without seeing Dr. Miller .They haven't even tried to book another appointment instead they looked at me with their frowning faces and said we don't have any availability for now.I will never go back to that office again .

The worst bedside manner you’ll ever receive. I book my appointments for 6:30am to make sure I was the first patient seen and both Dr. Miller and his staff were always late. Not to mention rude and arrogant. Very unhappy.
