BitNational Bitcoin OTC Office

We used BitNational's ATM in Calgary for the first time and made a mistake by pushing the wrong button and screwed up our transaction by buying some bitcoin for ourselves, instead of sending it to recipient.We contacted them on line and explained our problem. They were slow in getting back to us at first, and it was hard to get them on the phone for a few days, after leaving a couple of messages. I was getting concerned for those days.Then when we did get connected, things went better and they invited us to their office and the staff (Jack and Thomas) at BitNational were very professional and very helpful in solving our problem, and returned our money for a small and reasonable fee.And they even went the extra mile and helped us by answering some other questions for us.Over all, I hope they continue with this kind of good service.If they do, with an improvement in the ability to get them on the phone, and return calls promptly, they will gain a good reputation and be successful and set a good example in the ATM and crypto currency business. That is much needed.There is nothing more important than good customer service!And prompt and full resolution of problems.There is nothing better than happy or satisfied customers.A good name is better than money.

I won’t be using there machines again, it took almost 20 hours for them to transfer my money to address and I reached out to them many times. Not once did they apologize or acknowledge meGo elsewhere

You can't find a better company to do business with when you go into the office. Tayler is exceptional. She gives customer service far beyond what a person can expect or even hope for. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Not to put down her co-workers, as they are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I make my next transaction with Bitcoin, I would highly recommend going to the office. The people are fantastic.The only reason I gave four stars is because whenever I used the online service and had a problem with my transaction I could not get a straight answer. If you are technically sounds by all means use the online service as it is not that difficult to go through the process.

WOW! What an amazing team BitNational has in place for customer service!! This was my first go at using a Bitcoin ATM or even to do anything with crypto, because my husband always did these transactions.... so I was nervous to say the least to attempt the purchase and deposit to his account. Of course I messed up and called for helo with Jack and his team! I do not have enough superlatives at my fingertips to compliment BitNational. The clarify in what I was to provide to them was excellent. The efficiency and accuracy went beyond my expectations! BitNational and Jack could definitely teach our banks how to conduct business, as well how to conduct customer service.. In the next while I will be doing most of my banking needs through BitNational in crypto currency because they (BitNational) and crypto are the future, and the future looks bright. Matthew from BitNational Help desk did an excellent job resolving the issue I encountered when accessing my exchange account. After re-setting log-in info, I was still having trouble connecting to my account. Matthew patiently listened to my feedback, worked with me and within half hour my access was restored. Great job!

I found Tayler to be very friendly and professional. She is very accommodating. She can't do enough for you. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 beiing the highest rating, I score her at 11 - off the charts. You are lucky to have her as an employee. She does the company proud and her service should not go unnoticed.

These guys are great. Very professional, attentive, and informative. They took time to explain the risks and fees associated with crypto currency. They helped me avoid the 10% network fees ATMs charge to handle your exchange and waited with me for over 2 hours until all my transactions were completed. Being just a hobby trader I find this to be a huge comfort. They won me over in 2017 and I stand by my judgment call to this day
