By far one of the best LUSH locations in the lower mainland. I’ve only ever had good experiences here, the sales people have always been helpful without being pushy, which I appreciate immensely. Overall just a really pleasant place to shop with great products!

6 visible staff at 2pm on a Saturday. 3 customers. Not one person offered to help. I was browsing using the web site to get info and look up reviews. I asked questions at the casb register and was met with attitude as she was clearly just wanting to ring me through.Been shopping at Lush for 15 years. This was the second time in a row at this location I've had that experience. Empty at 2pm on a Saturday while it's bustling outside. Unfortunately, understandable..To end on a positive note. Park Royal isn't far and always had consistently great service there.

came in today looking for some new hair products after losing my hair to chemotherapy, and growing back curly hair instead of my usual straight texture! I worked for lush for a good number of years 5 years ago, so my product knowledge is minimal to their new range.I was approached by Raymond, who was absolutely wonderful. I was listened to attentively, and shown a bunch of different products that have been reformulated/introduced since I left the company, and walked away with a new co-wash and a plethora of samples that Raymond seemed super excited to give me and have me try out. (-:thanks for the wonderful experience! shopping for brand new hair texture can be daunting, and this experience was nothing but fun and pleasant. keep it up!

Mehak is the best person! She was so helpful and worried about our experience. I already love Lush but she made it all even better. After 2 minutes with her she already understands exactly what you like and wants and will show you what you need! She is the best.

To whoever the curly haired male appearing person with great skin is that works at this lush,, THANK YOU! I went to this lush about a month ago and my boyfriend and I still to this day talk about this person’s hospitality! I went in looking for a lotion because my boyfriend and I like giving massages, but they redirected us to the massage bar which by the way is HEAVEN! Demonstrated everything on their skin to show us how the products worked, romanced the benefits of the products and was extremely knowledgeable. This person could have told us that the sky was red and we would have believed them. Thank you for the EXEMPLARY service! Give this person a raise!

Love the feeling inside this store. It's inviting and spacious. The staff here is very nice and jump to help you with questions or recommendations. I like coming in when looking for a special gift for a friend or myself.

I have been to several Lush stores all around Vancouver and Burnaby but I feel that the Robson branch is the best. Not only is it spacious, the staff adds to the great shopping experience. I recommend looking for Kyle (green hair) whether you're new to Lush or wants to get everything done fast. He is very knowledgeable about all Lush products and his recommendations are always on point according to what you are looking for or just to try. Extremely friendly and helpful at all times. I hope this branch continues to hire quality staff like Kyle who upholds not only the brand but helps retain loyal customers.

Had one of the strangest and most high-pressure sales encounters I've ever had in my life. I know at Lush they can be a little pushy, but the sales lady I interacted with today just kept hovering over me, relentlessly talking, not backing off at all when I politely said I didn't need any help. She was like this from the moment I walked in the store, so it wasn't like she thought I was stealing or something. Then, after making me get my hands wet, she left me standing around with damp hands and no towel while she went to harass the next customers through the door. I deal with sales people at my job all the time and I have had less pressure buying six figure products.
