Pretty good, I would rent from them again. There were some differences between my online reservation and what happened in person that were mostly corrected.

I was there today and rented a trailer last minute. The customer service was spectacular! I honestly had a great time chatting with the staff who were very friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't catch the name of the employee that served me (I picked up the trailer at 2 and returned it at 4) but he was great!

I am sorry to see some other folks experiences on here however that is NOT what I experienced infact it was quite the opposite.I was told they wouldn't be able to get me in for a hitch installation for atlwast a week, the gentlemen on the phone put me on hold and came back and told me he could get me in even sooner.From the first phone call till my pick up I received nothing but great customer service. The Hitch looks great, a decent price for the services and great customer service, I cant ask for more.Oh and by the way Kim...was super sweet.

After having been using using this U-Haul Storage location for more then 4 years, their amazing service is still evident. Their helpfulness with helping to deal with my unit even in the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona was incredible. If anyone needs great service for all your moving or storage needs, I highly recommend this location!

An absolutely smooth experience. Staff were all very quick, helpful, and kind. Super appreciated given how stressful moving is. I've used this U-Haul location a few times as their stock is great. No complaints at all, you can always buy moving gear here which is great in a pinch. Bathrooms were clean too!

I had a trailer booked for 4 days over a long weekend to go pick something up. I was 30 minutes late to pick it up and they gave the trailer away. No email or call and they had my credit card for the booking. There was no apology and no replacement trailers (sold out). Zero help was given or explanation other than ‘too bad.’ Some of the most rude and terrible customer service I’ve received. Head down the street a bit to Cooper rentals if you need a trailer.

Absolutely worst customer service ever!Don’t bother trying to call Dartmouth (or any location) as apparently their policy is customers in the store will always come first. Therefore you could spend forever on hold. I know because after 30 minutes on hold I called back and that’s what the clerk told me. I recommend Bluebird Self storage in Burnside/Dartmouth Crossing.

Very good. However, the vehicle I rented did have a check engine light lit up, which didn't affect performance of the van, but I wasn't made aware of it. I did report it to the technician when I returned the vehicle.Also, it would be useful if the customer could pre-calculate what the final charge for the rental, plus charge for kilometres, would be.Otherwise, my experience with U-Haul was great, I will be using U-Haul again soon.

Terribly disorganized customer service. For example, the CSR was going to charge me $500+ when my reservation was quoted at $380. If I had not been paying attention, I would've been ripped off. Will update my review regarding the return soon.
